I verified that this is NOT a business affiliated with the BBB. I now know why.

I made a very regrettable online purchase for (2) photo canvas pieces from ORIGINALFRAME.COM in June of 2019. I never received the merchandise. I never received an email confirmation of the online purchase for the total of $99.94. I never received any subsequent shipping information. No one every answered their fictitious phone number listed on their website.

They charged my debit card with SUNTRUST bank 24 hours within purchase, and I contacted SUNTRUST immediately to close my card and they issued me a replacement debit card.

However, the Business already took my money!

SUNTRUST, my Bank, contacted the FRAUD Dept., and I had to submit documents to their Investigation Dept. I sent them copies of my emails to this Business who never replied to me by email, or US Mail for any purchase. EVER.

There is a reference made to their business as being from CANADA (?). I only found an address listed in Dallas, TX.

Then I contacted ScamPulse.com and a CASE #******** had been assigned, that was opened on 6-10-20.

SUNTRUST bank originally issued a CREDIT to me while the investigation was pending, but recently (5 MONTHS LATER, IN NOVEMBER OF 2020, they reversed the credit which has now overdrawn my account balance.

SUNTRUST (now named "Truist") reported that they DID speak to someone at this Business, who gave them a Deliver TRACKING number with my address. I asked the Representative at SUNTRUST to send me the information they claim to have received.

(None of this information is credible. There is no SHIPPER INFORMATION in reference to the tracking number listed). I will be immediately closing this BANK ACCOUNT due to their neglect and lack of any further assistance in the matter.

I’ve read more than 30+ other customers on your ScamPulse.com web reporting this SAME Business who were also scammed from this ORIGINAL FRAME Company. They also have not received any communications or refunds from this Company, or receive the merchandise or any refunds.

PLEASE HELP US DO ANYTHING to help shut this Fraudulent company DOWN. It is illegal to take any money from anyone and not provide the merchandise they sell to them. I have learned a valuable lesson from this matter. I hope that you will assist me further.

Purchased and paid 7 weeks ago. You cannot speak to anyone, and they NEVER respond to emails. I continue to contact them and had to place a dispute on my credit card to try and get a refund. Its a SCAM with ZERO customer service… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a print June 18th with a date of expected delivery of 7 to 10 days. I inquired about the status and to obtain tracking information to only get a robo email and when calling it tells you to email communications. I have not received a return call or email, Company claims in Texas but my bank charged me an international payment fee which indicates a problem from the start. Have asked my bank for a return payment. Spoke to another vendor for the same product and they claim they get called often about this company that is advertising on Facebook.

I went on this website and ordered a canvas picture on April 30,2020. I received a email from original frame stating that due to this crisis there is a delay with UPS shipping. I have sent original frame two emails and I have called twice left a voice message still no has tried to contact me. The money has been taken from my account and I haven’t received the item I have paid for. When I called the number listed on the website it goes directly to voice mail while you are leaving a message the phone hangs up before you complete your message.

This company falsely advertises products. They don’t state that you need the "frame" of their products for it to literally look like it does in the picture. No one in their right mind would blatantly buy a canvas wall art not already stretched on the mounted frame. The frame they advertise under every description of every item as if it is included already. One could very easily believe that the extra "frame" you buy would simply be an actually frame of any other 2 dimensional (flat) painting. These scammers take your money, send you a rolled up tube of canvas paper that is HORRIBLY printed. I even took the effort to see a local craft store what they would charge to stretch and mount these canvas prints and it would cost over 500 dollars just for them to do it for me. Back to being horribly printed, the quality of this "art" is horrendous. Imagine taking a super low quality photo (except the photos shown/advertised on the website are impeccable)and then trying to display it on a projector in a movie theater. You literally cannot just take a low resolution photo and try to make it bigger and still keep its quality, but yet that’s exactly what is sent. Don’t bother trying to call. Their phone number doesn’t answer ever, and apparently many others have tried to no avail either. It’s like it’s not even a business phone, but instead a burner phone voicemail box you buy from a gas station. Have an email complaint. Don’t bother with that either. They won’t answer back, and you won’t even get a confirmation email like literally every other good business send to you ("hey! Thanks, we got your email! We’ll be in touch as soon as we can!") If I wanted to print crappy looking images onto canvas and then pay 500$ to someone that actually knows what they’re doing I wouldn’t have spent 60$ for the crappy looking images in the first place! Oh, and ever since my first order from them all I get is stupid ads for them on YouTube now. Ridiculous.

I made an online purchase on February 28, 2020 for a 5 piece HD Multi panel Canvas wall art ($19.99) with a $8.95 shipping charge for a total of ($28.94) but at the time that my debit card was charged I was charged ($29.23) so an overcharge difference of 29 cents more than what the final cost was at the time of checkout. I have tried multiple times to contact them by phone and by their email address but to no avail. It took a full month to receive the order and when I FINALLY did receive it, I was very dissatisfied with what I found so I immediately "returned to sender" with a copy of the proof of purchase and as of today (4/20.2020) I still have not received my full refund! The customer service phone number provided is NEVER answered and the emails are never replied to. I demand a full refund!
