Merry Social Cats is complete scam. Their website looks legit with testimonials, frequently asked questions, etc. They only accept Zelle payment which is what I used to pay $1000 per cat, and send them $2,000 for 2 cats. They sent me a Bill of Sale to include all payment information, cat information to include vaccines and health, and asked me to sign and return. This bill of sale promised to deliver the cats to my address. They even claim to use a IATA Certified Flight for the cats. Andrew, Jack and Karen Cumming are names used in this scam. After you send money, they may email you some details that they will send you the cats. They will also attempt to get you to spay or neuter the cats at an additional costs. Cats never arrived on agreed upon day. I’ve called them multiple times and emailed many times, they will not answer. The phone they use is a virtual phone and their website is relatively new, just registered on Nov. 9th 2020. Their domain is hosted by Tucows. Looks like they used Zoho to buy the domain. I find all this out after i was scammed. I’ve contacted both Chase bank and First National Bank where my transfers were made through Zelle, and the fraud department tells me that Zelle transfers can not be refunded, that they can not trace them. So, DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY, THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. They will call you and say all the right things, how to care for the cats, food, etc. but after you send money that’s it. This is the first and last time I will ever be scammed. MERRY SOCIAL CATS is a FRAUD. I’ve also reported this to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission and reported the same).

In search of a birman kitten / cat, I came across the website www.merrysocialcats.com. I contacted the owners via their form, and emailed with them over the course of several days. There were times where I wondered if it was real, but my "investigation" made me think things were ok. Boy was I wrong! I signed a contract and paid for a Birman cat and did receive her. Merry Social Cats is a fake breeder. I believe that maybe the CFA Cats USA company that another person recently filed a claim on might actually be another one of their fake companies. I am also suspicious of William Adams Birman Kittens. It has the same feel. I think they have created several fake fronts to swindle people trying to buy from a breeder. They are pretty slick and convincing.
