I tried to purchase an item for my granddaughters birthday. I kept tracking the order, emailed them, and they keep saying it’s on its way, order number 1061. They say it’s reached it’s destination country, but due to covid, customs must be holding it. It must be coming from overseas! Anyway, it’s been too long. I said I want my money back, and they still say its coming, it’s on its way, etc.
