I received my package damaged & re-packaged in a fedex box, three of my items were completely missing and there was no receipt or packing label in the box. The shoes I ordered came in all different sizes, and two items were open and out of the plastic wrapping. When I contacted the merchant, they refused to acknowledge any of this even after I provided the fedex tracking # & pictures of how my package was delivered. They are refusing to refund my purchase even after sending in all of the items in my order. I do not understand how a merchant can ship you a half filled, completely wrong order and refuse a refund. I would appreciate any advice or assistance.
