I visited their website and purchased a projector for my room. I received a text confirming my order. A couple of days later I talked to the company through Instagram and they notified me that they would not be able to ship the item. This happened on March 15th. They told me they would refund my money. It has been over a month and they have ignored all my contact through chat, email, and website help. They even ignored me on the chat while it showed they were online. I spent $44.83. I just want my item or the refund from the company. There is little information on the company website and no physical address shown but they told me they were located in Canada.
