Do not order from this company! Ordered 4 smoke/co alarms from this company. Didn’t receive notification from company. Tried to call number on web page and has full mailbox and was unable to leave a message. Tried to leave a email at address on page and got no return email. Please save yourself the headache and stay away from this scammer.

Its a scam, I payed $412 for nest products an didn’t get it. PayPal refuse to return my money, they say that there is nothing wrong with this seller. A day after my purchase this website vanished, and I found it under different URL (neststore. Nsprosite.com) see photos and be aware. I hope some one will stop them as soon as possible.

On 9/30/20, Purchased 2 items through the same website. Have not received my items. tried to call provided number ( 561-414-8808) went to voicemail which was full. Tried multiple times. no success. Sent e-mail to cancel -no response.
Sent dispute to Paypal.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

On 07/25/2020, I purchaed a Nest Wifi Router set from the URL: homest.space. The website was the top result from a google seach for nest wifi routers. I used my PayPal account to purchase the item. Upon ordering the item, I noticed that the website had a lot of grammatical errors so that next morning, 07/26/2020, I emailed the provided email ([email protected]) from the website and asked for my order to be cancelled. I also called the provided number (561-414-8808), which when called, went to a voicemail in Florida that wasn’t set up.

I never received a response from the seller so I opened a dispute with PayPal. PayPal refused my dispute stating that there wasn’t a valid reason for the claim. To date, the website which I purchased the items from, is no longer active and I have not received the items.
