I purchase 3 dresses for a total of 50.85 in September. Until now January I do not get any response from the seller.

I have sent a lot of emails and there is not any phone number available. When I click on my order status come up an error page.

I ordered 2 things from them on 10/3/19. Only 1 item came in without any kind of packing slip or invoice and no notification of why the other item was missing. I contacted them via email since I couldn’t find a phone number. I was told it was on backorder but no time frame of when I would receive it. After over 2 months of nothing, I emailed several times without any response. I asked for a refund since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I now needed to purchase another. No refund and no response. I went to their website to see if the said item was still on website when to my surprise the website is currently down. I can’t leave a review anywhere on social media to warn others. I was definitely scammed.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I placed an order with Okiedokee on September 20th, 2019 in the amount of $179.55. In the email it states the order will take 15 days to process. The charges were withdrawn from my bank account on the same day. On October 21st I emailed their customer care email that was listed on the invoice. This email went without response. On November 1st I sent a Facebook message to the company threatening to report them to the ScamPulse.com and report fraudulent charges with my bank. Someone responded stating I needed to email [email protected] instead of [email protected] They stated I would hear back within 1 business day. That would have been three business days ago. All subsequent attempts to make contact have gone unanswered. I will be working with my bank in hopes to recover the charges. Stay far far away.

I purchased 2 dresses on September 2, 2019. I messaged them after 2 weeks stating I had never received my order. Service rep told me that she would do a replacement order and I’d get my order in one week. It’s now October 10, 2019 and I never received any order! Now the only way to contact them is by email and it takes over 24 hours for a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
