I have booked with OYO on 3 trips. The first trip I had to pay a deposit that was suppose to be returned within 3-5 business days. It never got returned. I was traveling across America, and had to keep fighting with them for months. I even went above the customer service team who continues to be rude, nasty, and continues to blame our banking system. Their own AGM’s tell yo never pay with your credit card with OYO. What is that telling all of us? OYO continues to blame the hotel or continues to claim my bank is witholding the refund. I do not have much money and for the price of these rooms I tried to reserve again only to get screwed. They continue to give me the typed script over the phone "I am so sorry, and I understand, we will have to take this up with our escalations department and get back to you within 72 hours". Now I am fighting for another refund when I left this hotel early. This company should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!! They are using fraudulent, deceptive, and unfair business practices in order to rob the American people. I have just found out OYO has been robbing their own people in multiple countries. What a sham, and why would a 25 year old millenial who is worth $10 billiion dollars care about anything else but his own greed?? Does he not care about his Karma? I guess he is going to be able to take all those millions, & billions to the obode of the damned!!! It will be his and his investors own spiritual realm of evil and suffering,a place of perpetual fire beneath the earth where the wicked are punished after death.
