As I was not connected to my e-mail at all on 6/17/2017, I contacted Yahoo via e-mail to advise receipt of this e-mail. I requested information from local library re: any appropriate telephone numbers available for confirmation of receipt of this e-mail by Yahoo. I was provided with the following:
I called both telephone numbers above. The purported Yahoo Customer Service number was the one designated to "fix" the issue of account de-activation; another "direct line" number was also provided: 1-914-290-4991. I placed several telephone calls in which Tim Jackson accessed my e-mail (I provided no password information, but other information inappropriate to his needs was accessed). This individual repeatedly demanded larger sums of money, indicating that Google Play was only valid means of payment, and claiming that information supplied was inaccurate. Store furnishing cards stipulated that money was extracted from cards.)
