And you cannot check the status of your order either when you click on the tab. What a joke. I spent over 80.00 for Xmas gifts. And nothing yet and it is May 18th 2020. Horrible

I also fell for the scam of buy 1 get 2 scam from Sandycheeks couture in December 2019. If this company is still doing this scam and getting away with it I am very confused 🤷‍♀️. I even reported them to the BBB and never got e reply from them. Very very aggravating.

I ordered tumblers from Sandy Cheeks Couture on November 13, 2019 and again on November 14, 2019. I received e-mails confirming my orders. The two orders together totaled $141.79. It was during the “buy 1 get 2 free” sale. I loved the sayings on the tumblers and I ordered several for Christmas gifts. I sent an email to the company asking if it was at all possible to get them by December 7th (in time for our family Christmas.) I received a reasonably prompt response from Ciara saying my order had been sent to the fulfillment dept. to be expedited. I later sent two more emails asking for updates. December 7th went by with no tumblers and no more updates. Subsequent emails went unanswered. Then I started receiving emails asking me how I liked the tumblers and asking me to review the tumblers. I sent an email telling them I had not received ANY tumblers. I asked them to let me know WHEN they were shipped and HOW they were shipped. Again, I received NO response and of this date I have not received any tumblers. This company (if you can call it that) is a TOTAL scam. My only option now is to try to work with my credit card companies to file a fraud complaint. Not sure how these people can get away with this type of behavior and why they aren’t in jail!

I placed an order during their buy 1 get 2 free offer. Received multiple emails about my order. One of the last ones I received indicated that my order was ready to ship. Finally received it about 3 weeks later. One of the cup had a defect. I’ve sent multiple emails, but have not received a response. I included pictures of the defect. Also their the handles they sell covers up a portion of the message that has been etched on the tumbler. Currently there is an ad on Facebook (same place I found Sandy Cheeks Couture), from Piper Lou Collection. The products are almost identical to the ones Sandy Cheeks had. Are they the same company? I had seen elsewhere where some said that the owners from Sandy Cheeks keep changing the name of the company once they get more than so many complaints. I do not know if they are the same company just a different name. Just a question.

I ordered from them on oct 29th I think it was def. Before the end of oct 2019 on mov 6th i got an email saying they were making them and on the 11th they said they were being packed to ship but nothing after that except to try to get me to buy more feom them lol then in middle of dec. I got an email asking me to rate my cups i didnt rate them because i never recieved them by the way i ordered 4 of them for 58.58 total for Christmas gifts ! This is the second time ive fell for a cup scam the 1st one was 2 years ago for yeti cups they did send part of my order but i ordered like 13 cups for Christmas gifts and they only sent 4 cups the others were “supposed” to be on there way but never came ao on that one i was out almost 100. But for this one i actually read the comments felt more secure ordering from them now im just out more money this “company” sucks its very ignorant to treat people this way! I would just like to have my 58.58 back thanks for letting me vent

I placed an order four six tumblers on November 17, 2019. I received emails stating that my purchase would be delivered by Christmas. Never received them, and I can’t get ahold of the company. Now I have to jump through so many hoops with my credit card company to dispute this charge! I [censored] HATE scammers!

I ordered through them mix October. Received status emails letting me know everything was being "packed with care" or "made by hand". Even made up some lame story how they were waiting for my "extra special order" just so they could take their time and make it perfect… Then I got one last email that said someone was packing my items for shipment! I was excited!! Until I went to find their customer service… Mid November I was concerned. No items no nothing, no further emails no contact. I tried emailing them 6 times. Tried messaging them on Facebook with my order number. They won’t even look at it… Then I get a computer generated email mid December. Please review your order… I NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING!!!!! And this has happened to so many people that there apparently is a Facebook group. Trying to let people know not to order because they will get scammed… I wish I had seen it sooner.

I placed an order with this so called company 10/14/19 . I received emails stating my order was received and bring made , them one saying it was done and ready to ship . I emailed them and received a response saying they had supply and production problems but would try to get them to me by Christmas. Well Christmas has come and gone . No product . I again emailed and have not received a response . I have requested a refund as well and have not received a response . At this point I’m 100% convinced this site is a scam and I’m out in excess of over $70.00 ! Facebook should also be looking into the companies they let advertise instead of just taking the money and turning their heads . I’m also getting PayPal involved as well ! Absolutely DO NOT buy from this company !

I have ordered three items from this business. I have never recieved them. I also have replied to a couple emails they had sent me and none of them were responded to. Not one of my emails were responded to. I sent multiple. I did not receive any emails from them until a week ago asking for a rating of the items which I then responded back to that email twice and recieved no answer. I lost money on this transaction and I can’t even get a reply from them. I have more proof of my purchase and the emails as well.

I have contacted them several times through email, and they will not respond. There is no actual phone number for me to call. I think this is a scam. I am out of a lot of money!

Placed my order for 3 tumblers for xmas on 10/18/19, got a few cutsie emails thanking me for my order, they were working on my order, and it was ready (10/26/19). I still do not have my product, they debited my acct $38.68 on 10/21/19. I have sent 8 emails looking for the status of my order with no response I used to be able to view status of order – pending, not yet shipped – now this function is gone..they even had the nerve to send me another email asking me how I liked my product and offering me 25% off my next order…I just want this order or a refund…its sad to see how many other people were taken too….I think they have a new front to scam more people under the name Fully Stitched…a few diff pics, but same phone or contact info and I’ve seen a lot of the same comments on their page…so sad before the holidays, was counting on these gifts

I placed my order for tumblers back on october 30th 2019 and everything seemed good I got email confirmation I also recieved email updates as the cups were being made. But then I got an email saying they were done ready to ship on November 7th now on December 3rd I have no product and they havent emailed me back when I look up my order it says processing but.. 2 time I have emailed them and no response when I checked out their Facebook page everyone is complaining of the same thing!

They had an offer available for a buy 1 get 2 free and I thought it would make a great gift for a friend. Their confirmation email stated it would take 7-10 business days to ship and it’s been 2 months and every time I try to contact them, I get excuses and a refusal to refund me my money paid.
