On July 8, 2020 I ordered 4 t-shirts from www.sheshow.com for a total of $92. A DHL tracking number showed the item was delivered on August 11, 2020 at 2:24 p.m. (in/at mailbox). However, the package was not delivered. I called DHL with the tracking number and unfortunately, the number was not in their system and they were unable to solve the issue. I noticed the tracking stated the package was transferred to USPS Sort Facility on August 10 at 11:48 P.M. When trying to open a missing parcel case with the USPS, they did not have any trace of this package or the tracking number in their system. Additionally, spoke with my mail carrier personally and they said they did not remember seeing a package for me and they regularly run our postal route. After multiple emails with a "customer service rep" at the company they stated the following: "The tracking info shows that it was delivered, so we have done what we need to do, the parcel may be stolen by someone at your address. According to the law of American, you would need to call the police and report the loss. Meanwhile, we can give a 50% off coupon for you to buy any items you like at our store which we believe you’ll love."

This website is posing to be a vendor. They accept credit card/paypal information immediately and process payment immediately. They fail to provide shipping confirmation until the customer requests it a month later. They provide false “shipping” notifications that show the product coming to China, to Jamaica. It has been a month since we placed our orders and we still have not received our order. We have attempted to contact the vendor (there is no phone number on their website) and they do not respond to emails unless you threaten legal action. Even then, they provide the excuse that they are “working on their website.” They never provide exact shipping status and just tell you to wait and see if the order shows up.

I ordered a shirt from Sheshow.com, received a tracking number, haven’t received item and went to look at my tracking number and now the business doesn’t exist. I gave them my debit card information, personal information, and my personal address.

I ordered a tshirt from here about 3 weeks ago. Was patient waiting on the item to shop due to COVID-19. But now all of a sudden their website doesn’t work, I was charged $26 for a shirt, and never received the shirt. I have emailed them 2 times and got no response. After looking at their Facebook page, other people are having the same issue.

I also noticed a $0.21 transfer from my bank account….but I am not sure if it is related to this company or not.

I purchased a t-shirt from SheShow.com over a month ago and the shirt has not been received. When requesting a refund they are persistent on not returning my money. I did some research on this company and discovered others are experiencing the same issue. They are stealing people’s hard earned money in a time of need and difficulties. This company is a SCAM do not purchase anything from them.

Ordered merchandise from this website three weeks ago and I never received item. They even sent me an email asking me to review the item in question but again, never received it. I sent an email asking about my order, they replied saying it was on its way, providing me a link to track my item. I clicked on the link, but there’s been no activity. I replied to the email asking if it was an overseas order, they never responded.
