Mi compra llegó en Junio 23 y no lo entregan, la empresa no se responsabiliza por el carrier que contrató. Este último no contesta mensajes, correos rebotan. Chinos¡¡¡ sabe alguien que hacer? Correos de Chile tampoco ayuda.

Compré una máquina para cortar el cabello desde el pasado mes de junio y tardaría 20 días en entregármelo, me enviaron más ofertas pero ya no les compre, cada semana les envío un correo preguntando que paso con mi pedido y que le están dando seguimiento no saben que pasó y que esperan darme una pronta respuesta, les he propuesto me devuelvan mejor el dinero.

I booked an item with sitebacana and received the following message,
“…Your order from sitebacana has been shipped. sunyou tracking number: SYRM104410019…””
Since then I am waiting for the shipment…
I may have to take recourse to legal action in case I dont get satisfactory reply…The company has to refund the amount with compensation..
Please reply immediately…

I have got my products. Today 28th July 2020. Not yet used them. So probably they had difficulty importing the products from China.

I order a product from this site but when I went to track the order, they dont provide a way to track it. And when I went to click on the “go to shop” it said “shop is currently closed”. Sounds really sketchy and I doubt I’ll be getting my refund or product seeing as their site is “closed”. Do not order from sitecabana.

I found an advertisement for a DirtFree Spiral Ear Cleaner on Facebook. Made an order and received a confirmation email on 4/12/20, then received a shipment confirmation on 4/24/20. Both confirmations were from Sitebacana. The shipping confirmation email had a China post parcel tracking number that read that the item was “on the way”. Been checking that tracking since (today is 5/30/20) and it says “delivered” but I’ve still not received my item. I’ve sent two emails to [email protected] with no responses. I hope no one else makes the same mistake. I’m just glad it wasn’t a ton of money that I wasted.

Sitebacana is the name of the site. They supposedly sell a lot of different items, one being a Magic Pipe Cleaning Powder. I ordered the product the beginning of Dec and at least once a week I would receive a email from the company telling me my product had been processed and had shipped. They even provided a tracking number. The tracking number would not work, and when I contacted the company the week before Christmas, I as informed it had shipped so they could not refund me my money as I asked. Now they will not respond to any of my emails, and there is no number to call to contact them.
