I ordered a chill bag back in august. the charge was applied to my credit card on 9/2/2020. I have not recieved my chill bag even though tracking the shipment claims it has arrived. I would like to know where my chill bag is, when it is going to arrive or just put the full amount for purchase back onto my card please and thank you order #6909

I ordered my large beanbag chair on July 13th and paid for it 52 dollars and some change. I tracked the and said I already received it . I have not received it. I contacted Smart buy at the end of August or beginning of September and they finally responded. They apologized for the mistake on the tracking of package and asked if I would like the item or a refund of money. I really want the chair . They said fine that they would be getting the shipment out as soon as possible. Have tried to email them 2 times since then and no response. I can understand due to Covid for delay. Not responding to customer’s concerns is no way to do business.

I ordered my Chill Bag back in June 2020, and still haven’t received it, and it’s October. I finally, found a screenshot of my order, and just now trying to contact them, and all it asks for you to give them your email address.
Please help, I already paid for the product in full, and this saddens me that I haven’t received the product, nor have they even tried to contact me, regarding this order.

I ordered 1bean bag from smart buy in July and have not received it yet. When I try to open my order it says the web page is unavailable. Do not place an order with this company it is a scam!

Ordered two bean bags back in sept 2020 its been over a month and still haven’t received the items. Received confirmation email no tracking number or anything saying when they were coming. Only thing was said was tht due to covid shipping delays were in effect and could take 3-4 weeks. Went to website and it is down and saying it will be back soon 🤔. After doing some research and reading others complaints on this site makes me feel like I was scammed along with them. If any of the other ppl hve found a way to get there money plz let me know and it will be highly appreciated.

Ordered and paid for 2 bean bag chairs at the end of July 2020. Received an email reply that the order was on its way with an order number. There is no tracking information. We have sent 3 emails to the company ([email protected]) with no response.

I bought 2 giant bean bags from them, and started to expect they weren’t coming. But the package arrived, and while the promotion picture showed an adult woman laying down in a bean bag that looked about 4 feet in diameter, only one tiny bean bag without the beans in it arrived. Total scam, and no way to get an answer about getting my money back

Dont trust this company. I contated my bnk today because these people are scam artisit. I have send email after email. the only time the respond is when I threaten them I was going to go to The Better Business Bureau. they still continue to say its in its way. I have attatched the emails

We ordered a blue chillbag for our granddaughters and it was never delivered either after they said it was gonna be delayed a couple of weeks too, then all of a sudden my wife looked to see what it said on their website and it says it was delivered. Now no one will answer us when we send an email or anything!

Yes I ordered 4 chairs from this company they sent me an email today saying they had been delivered. These were a gift for my grandkids and my daughter has not seen them. I paid 211.00 for 4 of these chairs and I want to know how I’m going to be able to get my money back. I haven’t received any emails and I have sent them to in response to my chairs.

Purchased bean bag for $56 website tracked kept checking and said would be here first week of August then I see it updated to the third week between 18th n 26th the 23rd website stated “DELIVERED “ it plainly had not been so I contacted website four times via email because they have no phone number to this date no response I ordered this product July 30th!! Don’t buy from Smartbuy official they got their money and fake tracking I’m reporting them to my credit union also!!!

They said my order was confirmed. I’ve been checking on the website tracker everyday but it still shows my own location on the map– not even tracking the product! It’s been about a month and still nothing. Whovever spent the time to carefully craft this convincing website needs to get a real job and stop scamming people because they’ve got talent! The product listings made me nervous because they only sold like, 4 products– but I thought “Maybe they’re just a small company?” and shrugged it off. I should have been more suspicious when I saw they didn’t have an “About” page. They have a fully written disclaimer and FAQ page, so I was fooled. Word of advice everyone– this company uses a Gmail address which is super unofficial for a website selling merch like this– huge red flag! We were bamboozled.

I ordered my giant bean bag chair, which was about 59.96, plus shipping and taxes, about a month ago. I admit that I never checked other sources to see if it is a fraud or not beforehand. I looked through the website and decided that it was legitimate. It had to be, I thought. They were very specific about each product, and even saying which items they would be willing to give full refunds on and warning people on what they had to do to maintain the product and make sure it stayed in good condition. Well, that was all I thought I needed to be sure that they were real. Now, over a month later, I’ve tried contacting customer support at least 2 times. I haven’t gotten a response. Definite scam. Anyone have any idea what I have to do to get my money back?

I ordered the "Chill Bag" bean bag chair from this site as a gift. It was supposedly on sale for half price at $52. I must admit the website is very convincing. It has a secure https, a contact, thorough product info, and tracking availability.They even went to the extent of sending me an order confirmed and an order shipped email. What I didn’t catch was the tracking service doesn’t actually work, they use a google gmail instead of an official business domain email, and they have no "About" the company page whatsoever. Another huge red flag–their so called "catalog" has the same 4 products (yeah, only FOUR) listed year round at the same extreme sale prices… no legitimate business I’ve ever heard of can function like that. I’ll admit it’s a very thoroughly fabricated scam. Don’t be fooled like I was.
