SCAMMERS
MY EXPERIENCE WAS WITH “OLIVER SCHUMER OF BILLINGS MONTANA”. HE STOPPED RESPONDING WHEN I ASKED TO PICK UP THE PUP IN PERSON AS I WOULD BE TRAVELING THROUGH BILLINGS A FEW DAYS LATER.
I HAVE SINCE SEARCHED THESE PICS AND FOUND THE EXACT SAME PUPS FOR SALE ON NUMEROUS WEBSITES…
SOCIALIZEDYORKIES.COM
ALEXTEACUPYORKIES.COM
QUALITYPUPPIESFORSALE.COM…
HOPE THIS INFO HELPS SOMEONE.

**** STAY FAR, FAR AWAY****

We almost fell prey. We contacted them via email about a Yorkie named Joy and got an email back almost instantly. I asked some very specific questions and in their return email they only cared about the rush of payment and did not answer any of my other questions.

That rose of red flag for me so I decided to look up reviews and stumbled upon this page.

Best of luck finding your new Yorkie, but this is a scam.

I’ve been in contact with Robert Johnson from Billings Montana. He has Yorkie puppies for $700. I’ve been a constant companion to loving Yorkies over 25 years. When I inquired about their breeding and registration I received a long bunch of jargon. Then I explained I would pick my puppy up and not fly her. Needless to say I received no reply. I fully believe this person is a scammer and I advise those who’ve contacted them to DO NOT PURCHASE these so called puppies. It’s sad when you’re looking for a companion fur baby that there’s people who try to get your money for nothing!

This morning I have dealt with the very same exact setup I received actually two emails because the first was not responsive I did receive the same Gmail everything from Oliver and also a second one from Robert Johnson mr. Robert Johnson before I went in headed to the bank to deposit the amount of money that I needed to purchase this dog for $700 I decided to do a little bit more investigating only due to the fact that I did receive a phone call this morning from Jonathan but he had a native for Nigerian accent I can read people and I’m an empath so all I needed was for him to call and when he did I immediately knew that this was a scam and with five children under 14 I’m not about to get scammed for any amount of money that I don’t already not have I’m just wanting a companion and these [censored] are nothing more than steaming greedy unempathetic people let’s spread the word I’m so sorry to all of you who I’ve lost anything but don’t stop looking for your companion you will find they say to try to shop locally and visit the kennel if you can go to AKC and read about how to find a legit breeder that’s where I’ve been guided. Good luck!

Nov. 4, 2020. I made contact with Francelleste Gonzalez of Socialized Yorkies. After several tries of sending funds thru Zelle they received $700 and told us the dog would be flown out of Billings, Mt. we tried to get info from them several times without success til mr. Gonzalez said he was going to the airport. We received no info on the flight and sent them no address. Next we received a text about $950 Refundable pet insurance . We requested a fraud claim thru our bank.

I purchased a puppy under the name of “Joy”, I requested for home delivery which was an extra $75 ontop of the 700, this person under the name of ” Oliver” on gmail has told me to pay him on zella, which I stupidly did since this site looked legit, he eventually said he would confirm the purchase, he did then said he would message me which later on I found out it was a scheme, he seems to have other sites that have almost the same logo and the same descriptions of the dogs personalities. Don’t make the mistake I did, make sure where you’re buying from is 100% safe.

I “Purchased” a puppy named “Bling” and i emailed someone named Oliver Schumer from Billings, Montana..he guaranteed i would receive the puppy and all i had to pay was $700 including shipping…but he asked me to send the money eighter thru cash app or zelle..so i sent it thru zelle directly from my bank account but he said to send it to a person named Kirt Guillory because he is Their Accountant..So I did exactly that..and i sent him screenshots of the payment, after i sent the money on September 15th 2020, Oliver said that the puppy had to see his vet before being shipped and that they were gonna go to the airport and make arrangements and he was gonna email me confirmation and airline information..i never received anything and when i emailed him asking for the information he said they never received my payment..i sent him screenshots from my bank statement and from zelle..then after i kept emailing him and texting him he finally said that his accountant was gonna give me a refund…and im still waiting and now he’s not returning any of my emails or text..im gonna file a claim with the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center…these people are not gonna get away with this

This guy scammed me out of $600 and just keeps changing phone numbers. Exact same puppies from last year. Please slap him with a fine or put him in jail. His previous number was 406-991-8214. He only does text.

This guy is ruthless thief. He also tries to scam you on shipping through PetExpress using a gmail address. I think he should be imprisonments on scammers. They are common lying thieves that take honest people money at a time like this or anytime that should pay and not just slapped on the hand.

On July 10, 2020 I requested information about a puppy named Joy on the website

socializedyorkieshome.com. I received an email from Gerald Jackson saying the puppy was still

available. After that email, text messages were started. Gerald Jackson would only take vanilla gift

cards, Zelle or cashapp for the $600.00 payment for the puppy. I bought 2 gift cards for $300.00 each,

took pictures of the front and back and sent them via text message on July 11, 2020. On July 12,2020,

I received an email from American Pet Express stating that I needed to purchase reimbursable

insurance on the puppy. The amount for the insurance was $750.00, again I purchase vanilla gift

cards 1 for $500.00 and 1 for $250.00. Took pictures of the front and back and sent them to Gerald

Jackson via text message. Then on July 13, 2020, I received another email from American Pet

Express requesting $850.00 for a Regulatory Crate, again to be refunded when the puppy was picked

up from Sacramento Airport. At that point my fund were exhausted and I contacted Gerald Jackson by

phone and told him I could not afford it and that I wanted my money reimbursed to me. He said he

would buy a gift card and mail it back to me, never heard from him again. I have tried to call and text

him but he will not respond or answer my calls or text. I contacted the Fairfield Police Department

today and reported the scam.
