We ordered a KC Super Bowl champ quilt Premium Limited Edition – QIS and was received and paid on 12/8/2020 Total bought and paid price of $71.51. We only receive (Twice) a automated response that the order processing). We are totally upset with the lack of caring, timing, and worst off no reason as to why the order has not even been processed. They took our $ right away, but can not even let us know if this is even still available, back order, or lost? They have the money, order #, and no product even sent or in processing as they say. It says when ordering, 1-3 days processing, 3-4 days handling, 3-5 days delivery? We are now over 6 1/2 weeks past taking our money for the Quilt. Next step is BBB… we if do not receive a satisfactory response in 7 days then we will never buy again from this site or any affiliated site and expect a full refund. If they can tell us where the order is and when they can guarantee delivery then we still want the Quilt. But in the next week or two at the most! Please no automated response, prefer a call to my number below. This is not asking for much as way past acceptable time, very unprofessional. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift for our 12 yr. old son and would of or will buy more as we are planning on ordering more KC Chiefs stuff for his room. The total cost was 71.51

I ordered something from this company almost 2 months ago that was about $70. I tried contacting them. I get automated responses. I did get one saying they couldn’t find my order. I sent them the receipt. And have not heard anything

I placed an order with this company on 02/20/2020 and I have never received the package but was charged $48.45. Upon trying to communicate to the seller all I get in response is the same automated email over and over again. There is no way to get in touch with this seller.
