Ordered product December 11th, 2019. After filing dispute with credit card company they claimed the package was lost and created more tracking info to delay the chargeback with credit card company and are now asking for more money for dog toothbrushes. Still has never reached USPS for tracking update. Replacement order supposedly sent March 16th. Using 17track.net to initial tracking from China. Merchant is in Canada, but bank is in NY.
