I purchased $222.84 worth of crystals from Spirit Magicka back on 10/1/2020. I still have not received anything in the mail. I’ve reached out to them several times and just keep getting the same response over and over and over.
I don’t know what to do at this point. This place is a scam and the “Autumn” that signs all of the emails is a fake person.
I’m going to find a way to report them and get my money back. If anyone has any ideas on that; please tell me!

I ordered crystals May 13,2020 and have tried contacting several times…they keep saying its on its way. AND ive asked for a refund twice? i dont get it? here is one of the emails
