It is lilicloth.com that is the fraud now. This site is up from last year, 2019 from what others have reported. I ordered items on 1/11, charged to PayPal on 1/13 as Superlink. As of yesterday, 2/4, I have not received any products. Site shows only 1 item shipped with 1 USPS shipping label created. Requested refund and suddenly the entire order is in ‘shipped’ status. Requested refund through email and chat. Got major run around from Cassiel on lilicoth.com chat line from home page. Cannot say enough that AFTER being deceived by them, I finally found out what I should have known before ordering.

Ordered a long sleeve t-shirt with a black cat on it for my wife for Christmas & still haven’t received it. Ordered on December 11, 2020. They sent me a tracking number but doesn’t seem to be good. You can’t even get to there sight. Charged it on PayPal which I think they should be holding payment til your order is sent!

I responded to a pop up ad. I ordered $139.92 in merchandise on 11/5/2020. I received an email from this company the next day that the order had shipped. PayPal paid the company on 11/5. I have not received any of the merchandise. There is no tracking information and no follow up emails. I reported to PayPal and they opened a dispute but told me to try to work it out with the company. I don’t even know how to reach them! I am going to report this to the international fraud unit. Very disappointed in PayPal that they are not being more helpful and that they continue to affiliate with this scam company

I ordered 6 shirts on 9/5/2020 and was charged 102.98. I received one shirt and the free gift bracelet that was offered. I haven’t received the other 5 shirts and have not received any correspondence of any kind. I’d like to have the other shirts or a refund. There’s no contact information for customer service on the PayPal receipt so I don’t know how to resolve this.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
Company advertises as a sponsored company through Google. They advertise as both Noracora and Wotoba as boutiques with unique clothing at reasonable prices. They plant cookies on every website you visit and follow you everywhere to include your social media. Unfortunately, they use photos from other websites to sell their merchandise. What is received is a cheap "likeness" to what was ordered. So much so that an embroidered blouse will come painted not embroidered and certainly not what is depicted. Everything ordered was ridiculous and unwearable. Their return policy is non existent as the cost of returning the items exceed the cost of the purchase. Lastly, they will not refund money on canceled orders. Nor will they make good on damaged items received.
