I purchased a dress from an ad on FB from the Sebellamore Company. It arrived many weeks after they said it would. When I opened it, although it was marked with the size I ordered, it looked like it was made for a child. There was also a rip or unsewn part in the back of the dress. In trying to contact them online, I found they have no phone number and the online form has a verification code that they supply but doesn’t work when you type it in the box. There were no other way to contact them. I have no way to contact them or return this damaged, mis-sized merchandise.

A company based in China operating in the United States under the corporate name “Sebellamore” is owned and operated by Xi’an OrderPlus Networking Tech. Co., Ltd. This company’s US website does not indicate it is an international company based in and operating out of China. If this information was forthcoming, it would have allowed the consumer to make a formative decision: (1) whether to order from an international corporation and/or (2) order larger sizes knowing the company is Asian based. I did not receive all of the items ordered. Every time a request for either return and/or refund was requested, they always needed more information to comply, and it was never the same person replying from customer service. I finally disputed the charge on my AMEX card because I finally realized I was never going to be able to return the too small sizes or receive a refund. AMERICANS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. The company also operates in the US under the name "Yours clothing".
