Someone keeps calling our business stating it is a service call on behalf of all banks nationally to analyze our merchant account. They press hard trying to get our email addresses and our merchant statements to see if they can save us money on charges related to us processing customer credit cards. When we try to request information from them (like their company name, our merchant account number, or whatever) they refuse to give that information, and transfer us to their superior. This person will talk over us, refuse to accept "we aren’t interested", proceed to tell us what a big mistake we are making, wanting to know why, and will talk over you (raising their voice) if you insist that you’re not interested. You have to hang up on them. They call numerous times a week. We have no means on a business level with our phone system to block their number.
