Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company will send your product to an incomplete address by not having company name reflect on their ship address. The tracking will then show the product as ‘delivered’. When the product is inevitably returned to sender in Ontario, CA they will suddenly ghost you. Repeated inquiries and order cancelations will be ignored. Their posted phone number (once you find it on their site) is a wrong number—some individual who will act annoyed when he answers. Your purchase will never be heard from again. When you try to dispute the purchase through you credit card company they will respond that the “package was delivered”. Go online and you will find countless complaints for poor quality goods and similar “lost” packages. This is one of those dodgy Pinterest posting “dealers” who will steal your money in broad daylight.

I purchased a bag from their website serbags.com on Dec. 20 2018. It is now Jan 18 2019 and no bag has arrived, despite several emails to their support and phone calls that are never picked up. They never responded, and never sent the product I purchased. BBB, please shut them down.
