After calling back they asked me for information about my monthly loan payment amount, income, and household number. Then they sent me an email to reset my federal ID password. At that point, I asked if they were my loan servicer and they responded they were some other entity that was just trying to lower my payment. I hung up without giving them the password reset pin.
