Type of a scam Identity Theft

I was called from the number above with a recording that my ssn was being taken from me because I had illegally used it. When I called back a man who could barely speak english answered the phone and asked for my ssn but wouldn’t state his name or explain why I hadn’t gotten an email or letter in the mail from him. He refused to let me speak to someone else. I started asking him questions he wouldn’t answer and to draw my line, I spoke with some vulgar language and he cussed me back which let me know 100% he was a fake I let him know he was committing a felony and hung up on him. The call last around 10 min
