I was contacted and told my firewall on my Mac Mimi was penetrated and they had been alerted as my current tech protection. They had the information from my previous tech support, name, date check number, etc. After they supposedly fixed my computer, they asked for $300. on a specific American Express Serve card, and said I’d receive a refund of my original $200 from earlier tech support.
I came to my senses about the whole thing. So they have registered the AE card, but cannot yet access the money, I also cannot get a refund of the money.
