I placed an order from Sizese on October 15, 2018 after seeing their ad on Instagram. Clothing was received weeks later and or TERRIBLE quality. Loose threads, no tags in side to indicate brand, size, care instructions, etc. The clothing was not as represented on the website. Website says returns are welcome within 30 days but you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization. I emailed 3 separate times and did not receive a response. I now have no way to return the two items and am out $52.54. I began a dispute with PayPal but they were not of help since I technically received the items I ordered. Sizese’s website states they are a member of the ScamPulse.com but I cannot find any indication on the ScamPulse.com website that they are in fact a member. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down.

I placed an order on Sizese on October 14th, 2018 via PayPal for $118.05. I did not receive any type of confirmation that my order was placed other than seeing my money deducted via PayPal. I emailed the company on October 29th to check on my order as I did not receive any type of communication about where my order was since two weeks had gone by! I received one reply on October 29th, then an email on Nov 2nd that my order was shipped out. However, in the next two weeks I still did not receive my order. I emailed the company again on November 12th and November 19th asking where my order was. I did not receive a response. I received my order on November 19th, over 1 month since I had ordered my products. The products I received did not look at all as they appeared on the website and fit terribly. When I looked into returning the products, the website said there was a 30 day return guaranteed, and that you had to email them first to initiate the return process. There is no return address or contact info other than their email address on their website. I have now emailed them three times since November 27th to return my products but no one has responded. I feel that I was scammed and deceived.

This company promises shipping within 7-10 days….my item did not ship for five weeks. Once it shipped, it turns out it was shipping from China. Took another few weeks to arrive. When the product arrived, it was the wrong color, terrible quality, snags and threads hanging off. I contacted them in order to return the product. The website says 30 day return guarantee. They take more than 24 hours to respond, are not clear in responses. Repeatedly I asked them to send me an address and any other info they may need in order for me to ship back to them and they continue tor respond with terrible grammatically incorrect sentences and NEVER send the address or information as to where to return the product. They continue to put customers off by not responding until the 30 days post purchase window is up so you cannot return the item. They insist that you pay the shipping to send it back but NEVER send the return address. They asked if I could keep the terrible product and accept a 10% discount on another purchase rather than send it back. Their website claims, easy 30 day return gaurantee policy, but they provide no way to return the item. DO NOT purchase anything from this business. They are a scam, and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Now I’m out money and left with a scrap of fabric that is horrendous.
