On June 17, I ordered a limited edition Game Theory T-Shirt and Fidget Spinner from their online store. They had reported that it would take 7-10 days to ship. It was in Pre-shipment for over a month, the USPS tracker not showing any movement until July 24. I had sent them multiple emails during that period, and they kept saying things like "We apologize for the delay" without actually trying to fix it. It was Delivered 2 days later, but the small problem was that they’d sent it to my billing address, and not my shipping address. I had no way to retrieve my package, and I told them such. The first message they sent back to me showed they hadn’t read my initial email, as they simply said "Your package has been shipped". It took a reply and 2 more days of waiting for them to realize that they’d [censored]ed up, apologized, and then processed me for reshipment, saying that I would receive tracking information once it shipped. I am typing this up on August 6, and they have yet to send it to me. I have been trying to get a refund from them for over a week and a half, and they’ve been ignoring me. It seems like a lot of other people have been having issues with their orders from their site as well, so I believe that they are more concerned with getting money than actually sending their customers what they ordered.
