We get toner, from a local company, at no extra cost, as part of our copier maintenance contract. These guys are out of state! We don’t order from them.
They called our office confirming our toner order. Our secretary thought they were our regular company and said thank you. They even said that prices have gone up but they will keep the same price as last time. Our secretary was confused and said thank you. She didn’t give any other information – no address, no email address.
They followed up with an email invoicing us for $800!! (for toner that we get for free) and then we received the toner 10 days later. We tried calling them but the phone goes to voicemail every time.
