A man called me the other day. When I answered the phone he stated he was the Social Security Administration Office. My immediate reaction was "Social Security Administration, are you kidding me?" He immediately hung up on me. It sounds like the same broken English speaking person that tried to scam me a couple of years ago stating our computer had a virus and he could fix it for a $1000.00, then $500.00 the $299.00. They continued to harass me for weeks, threatening to take us to court if we didn’t pay them. Our own bank called me and told us it was a scam and canceled out our credit cards and reissued us new ones. They stated they were from California.

We bought a TV for our bedroom last year as we were setting it up a message came up saying we needed to call this number for assistance. We did. It sounded just like the "first person" concerning the so-called virus on our computer. They said they were from California. We did in fact pay $150.00 to fix our Brand new TV and got it set up. Two months later, we were having the same issues with the TV. This time we called Netflix. We told them the issue we were having with the TV. They informed me that we were scammed and the Netflix would have never charged us. I believe it’s the same people from California because they have called me several times threatening to take us to court if we didn’t pay them what they thought I owed them.
