I ordered a scarf. At the time it was free, just pay shipping. I was only supposed to pay $4.90. They charged me $9.90. They only responded to me once to tell me maybe I selected more then one item. Later I reached out to them to tell them I did in fact order one. I shared a screenshot that shows with the tracking, it says QTY 1. I just wanted the other half of my money back. Two months later after my item was delayed twice, today it showed it can not be found. This was when I checked the tracking. It’s as if I never ordered. Today is the 22nd and the latest I was told to receive it was the 23rd. Now I’d love all my money back.
