I ordered a hoverboard through www.smarthoverboarder.com and when I received it, it does not work. I’ve been in contact through approximately 30+ emails where the "service person" has requested photos and videos of the non working product. I’ve sent these items and they had sent a replacement hoverboard which ALSO does not work, at all. I’ve demanded about 15 times for a refund and they refuse even though they advertise 90 day warranty and 90 day returns. These people should not be allowed to do online business. My (actually, my 11 year old son’s since it was his money that he had saved) $200 is gone and I have nothing to show for it.
