Placed an order for an item on their website. They claimed it was discounted for a limited time. After placing the order I received a shipping date of 30 days out. During that time I received multiple emails from the website daily. All which amounted to spam. None of which were updates on my item. After the shipping date came and went I emailed customer service for and update. They said I should receive a tracking number. I waited a few more days , no tracking number and emailed them again. They said they were contacting the vendor. The only other emails I received was one for some site credits and another for a survey of my shopping experience. I ended up disputing the charges through American Express to get my money back.
