On February 19th,2018 i ordered the Tommy Hilfiger Renee silk long sleeve dress from www.stuk-okisiqeva.nl. I paid 89CAD because it had a 40% discount plus $20CA for the shipping to Vancouver Canada. Before i made my purchase i checked online if it was safe to buy there or if it was a scam, and in the scam adviser website it said that it was safe. I actually ended up being scammed with this purchase, and their website www.stuk-okisiqeva.nl is now down despite the scam adviser website continuing saying it looks safe 91% and it was refreshed yesterday March 4th,2018 at 8:38 pm.
When i try to contact the "costumer service" at the e-mail address [email protected] that was provided on the website as to why my dress did not arrive in the date it was supposed to and if they could provide me the tracking number, the lady named Lauwen Sussane replied saying that it would take 8-15 days to receive it at my door and maybe was stuck at custom which i believe because sometimes parcels that i have order from stores in London,England take up to a month to get it. After 4 weeks i received a parcel from Huanglong China, sent through China Post from Huanglong international digital square in nanhai district, 528200 and it said it was a dress on the package. At the beginning i thought it was a mistake because i didnt order nothing from China but as the parcel had my name on it i opened it and it was a horrible dress that obviously was not ordered for me, and the quality is totally *** probably worth $10CAD. I contacted them and i sent them a picture of the dress i received and i asked them if it was from them and why it was sent from China, and that i wanted to be refund for the amount i paid and that their store website was inactive and i could not log in. The customer service lady answer was…"im very sorry, we will look into this matter" and after that i have not received answer from them. www. Stuk-Okisiqeva.nl is supposed to be their website store located in Netherlands. but the information they provide to scam adviser.com is totally different* *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
Today i just googled the email [email protected] and it appears that many other people has been scam through different stores online with the same information. So please even when you go to google to check if an online store is scam be careful because even in the scam sites alert they say that they are safe, or possibly some of the scam check sites are complacent with the scamers/scams themselves.
Today I contacted my credit card company *** but because I was never emailed an official invoice for the purchase, and their websites totally down, I have no record to show it and there might be nothing they can do to help. I really hope this info helps others avoid this big scam, especially if you ever see anyone else advertising using the email [email protected] , possibly on a very professional looking site.
