Sent product without us ordering it. Said a staff member (they had the full name) ordered. Supervisor told them never to send products again without authority. They kept sending products. We refused shipment. When calling them they said that the aforementioned staff member placed another order. They supposedly had notes on the entire (private) conversation, but no notes on the call the supervisor made prior to that. Supposedly she never talked to anybody, only left a voice mail. I overheard her talking to a customer representative. When confronted, they said it does not matter what happened because they closed the account. We did pay the original invoice of $599.90 even though we never did place the order. We believe this is a scam and want to warn others.
