I was able to get my money back, but I think others should be aware. All Spavia’s marketing materials state you get certain items with a monthly membership. However, once you sign up for the membership and try to make your appointments, the staff tells you the services aren’t covered (even though all physical material company provides and digital content on company’s website states services are covered).
For example, the Premier Membership states you get the following, "one 80-minute signature massage, premier massage, premier facial, premier body wrap, hydraderm or premier peel."
When trying to book an 80-minute premier massage, staff says only a 60-minute premier massage is covered with Premier Membership. This conflicts with all of their materials, and staff admits it does conflict but will not honor what was agreed upon. Staff also admitted there was an "argument" between their location and corporate over the issue and were trying to get updated materials…that’s fine for future customers but not for customers who signed up for one thing and then are told it’s something different when they try and use it.
