Ordered 2 dog beds August 3 2020. Never got them. Company told me it was lost in customs and would give me a partial refund of 41.32 which they did on 9/3/2020. Now they can’t get the beds and I want the $123.98 balance refund. They tell me they refunded it to my bank on 11/3/2020 and gave me a transaction number. My bank never received it so I myself my banker and someone from the customer support team had a 3 way call with my bank telling them that the money was not refunded. I ask to speak to a supervisor and they hang up on me. Same thing today when I call and explain everything again they tell me I got my refund and hang up on me.
