I am in the market for an RV therefore, have been looking across the country , US, to get exactly what i am looking for. I saw and advertisement on Craigslist in FL on an RV that " seemed to good to be real". A beautiful RV being offered well under value. Still, I replied suspiciously. Sure enough I did get a response. the "owner" told me a story the he/she had just moved to Cuba for a new job at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base… This story did NOT match the story in the ad. The "owner" proceeded to tell me if I were really interested i would need to provide some information for him/her to register me as a buyer or I could reach out directly to the shipping company he hired.. The Trust Shipping Group , Trust-shipping-group.us. The deal was I would need to wire the money and the RV would be delivered to me. I had 10 days to decided if i wanted to keep it. If is didn’t they would come back no questions asked and I would not have to pay anything…. Well, I knew this was a SCAM! But I thought lets see how far it goes… sure enough there is a website for "Trust Shipping Group" looks professional too. However, i looked up the address listed and it is an empty warehouse being offered for lease. I also called the 888 number provided on the site.. it would ring 1 or 2 times then disconnect. About 4 hours after making those calls someone called me back stating they had a miss call from my number. I obviously declined assistance. Please beware, they were asking for nearly $20,000.
