Ordered a pair of Salomon shoes on 04/30/19 for $78.99. Received it on May 17, 2019 and it was too small. Found: https://www.tafola.com/pages/returns and https://www.tafola.com/pages/contact-us and clicked on the FB link which was not working. There is no phone number available. Completed form online for a shoe return/exchange. Also emailed [email protected] the same day. On 6/11/19, tried again and sent a follow up email. Additionally, I emailed a message to this email address found on my paypal transaction receipt: [email protected] Sent an email there. I looked up the address from the mailing package: "Dept. NJ # 123, 1100 Cranbury South River Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831" and this led me to other businesses. It is now 06/19/19 and I have not gotten any responses. It is past 30 days and I am worried that I will not be able to make an exchange or get refunded. I believe I have been scammed and am very frustrated. I’d keep the shoes but they hurt my feet and the price was not cheap.
