Seller had website offering product lower than big box stores. Stated product would be shipped in 2 days. After 5 days, received email that product was out of stock and money would be refunded. Also stated refund could take 7-21 days. After 21 days, refund was not received, I contacted seller and was sent an automatic reply that the product was out of stock using same language as first email. I asked again for details on receiving refund. And again, I received an automatic reply that item was out of stock and I would be receiving a refund. The website is now down and there is no other way to contact this company regarding my refund.
