On 5/2/19 i purchased a notary bond package off their website and paid $79.90. I did not get a notary bond certificate that i need in order to continue my application process. I called their "customer service" number more than 10 times on 5/3/19 and did not receive an answer. Their automated system ends the call when i attempt to speak with a representative. I decided to drive to the address they have listed and it does NOT belong to *** ***, it is a different type of establishment. I noticed that *** *** did not direct me to the exact address, so i typed in the address listed on their website and it’s in the middle of shopping center (this is a false address they are using).
