I ordered a part for my sewing machine. The money was taken out of my bank the next day. It was supposed to ship in 2-3 business days. It’s been 5 business days and I have been trying to contact them through email and by calling their phone number. No response for either of the 2 emails I sent and I have called several times in the last 2 days during "business hours" and I just get a answering machine that says nothing about the "business" or anything just to leave a message. I have yet to be provided with a tracking number. I have not heard from them at all. When I bought the item I got a receipt/conformation email and nothing since. After I suspected something was wrong I did research to find another person had the same problem as me in October 2017.
