Accept an order placed online by a customer, acknowledge the order, charge the customer, and then not send the order. When you complain, they tell you they have to charge you a re-stocking fee of 15% on the merchandise you never received. I call it theft.
A cursory inspection of their Facebook page shows that I am not alone. It’s possible that this is simply the worst run business in the US, but it sure looks intentional (and sounded like it over the phone) which makes it a scam by definition.
I’m lucky – I paid via Visa and am in the process of having my charges reversed and a complaint filed with them as well
