Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I tried to purchase a skin cream from " Julia’s Finest" and Bella Mia came up. I didn’t confirm my order and it went through any way including an additional item. I called the company, cancelled immediately and no-one could give me any information about ANYTHING without my information first. They have no comments on products, product knowledge, company name, location or anything else. I even got a supervisor on the phone. She repeated her self until I believed she is a smart bot that only says a few things and gives no other info. Unless they have all of you info. I kept the bot sitting idle on the phone over an hour. It was kinda freaky! Didn’t catch it for quite some time. I’m typing while she is sitting on speaker. Once in a while she says, "hello customer are you there"? it’s the same incantation every time she says anything repeatedly. No matter what I would say, she returned with, "I can’t give you any information without pulling up your account" She said they sell many products and refused to name even one, or discuss them at all. Great business plan.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a sample online. since doing so, I have had 2 fraudulent transaction on my credit card…each in the amount of $95.76…no product related to this.

Today, in the mail, I received a package with a sample inside. The package was addressed to me but the packing slip inside was for an unknown individual in Iowa.

The company is very difficult to contact…bogus phone number.

I am trying email to request a cease and desist.
