I bought a puppy named Nyla off the site for $550 and she never showed up. I contacted them to ask why she wasn’t here and they said I needed to pay an extra $950 for insurance and an air conditioned crate. I told them I didn’t have the money and they insisted that if I payed a chunk of it then I could get my dog. I looked into it and they were reported as a pet scammer website. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give it to me.
