Type of a scam Other

A person comes to the door, asking if they have the correct address and name, giving my current address and name. He’s wearing a safety vest and GE id badge. He then wants to talk about his program that is sponsored by GE, to provide a power savings, if I’m a member of any of the selected groups of: Senior Citizen, VA, AAA, AARP, Disable, Neighborhood Watch, and NRA.

Suppose to get new LED lights for the house and supposed to be able to get a reduced DirectTV bill and TEP power savings.

The brochure indicates alarm systems for purchase that we did not talk about.
