Insident #1 I received a shipment of weed spray 5/12 2015. After getting a phone call saying that the final shipment of weed spray had been sent that had been order 3 years before. I told the caller that l did not order that. He said that I had and he had sent me a reminder in the spring of 2015. I told him then that I did not remember any such order and I believed that it was a scam. The shipment was received in May and I paid for it but it still has not been opened, in case this can be resolved
Insident #2 On 8/12 2015 I reecieved a telephone call saying payment had been received and a letter was being sent to close my account, that the code to do that was
INSIDENT #3 On Fri 8/21 a package was delivered by UPS to my door. When I found the package, it seemed like the previous shipment. When the UPS driver returned the next day I gave it to him, unopened not even opening the invoice. He took the package and marked it refused unopened. Tracking # 482 03 4794 8949.
Insident #4 Mon 8/24 I called the credit card company to say that I had refused to take the unordered shipment and to refuse payment. She called the company to tell them and I related the above information to the company saying that I had expressed my belief that it was a scam and telling her of the account closure and also giving the phone # of the salesman (866.882.6895 ext 115) any account closed and repeating that I wanted not be contacted by the company ever again. This latest phone call was recorded by the credit card company, with knowledge of.all 3 involved by Savonni 877.390.4200.
I intend to register this complaint with BBB, Washington Att. Gen, and US Postal service.
