I wanted to purchase the "it toy" for my children for Christmas – they were sold out in stores and on many websites. When I searched for the toy (Fingerlings) the cndirect.com website came up. I found the toy, in stock at the same price other retailers were selling it for, so I placed an order for 6 Fingerlings. When the package finally arrived it was NOT what I ordered. The items were "knock offs", the packages were damaged and I did not receive my entire order (only received 2). My credit card was charged for the full amount. When I contacted them about the issue they tried to offer me a $5 refund and asked me to keep the items. I told them I was not interested in that and wanted to return them and receive a full refund. The email exchanges went on for well over a week and then they stopped all together. This is unacceptable, disappointing and disgusting!!!
