I canceled my membership in March 2019. I never even knew I had a Gnomicfun membership. You proceeded to charge me for a membership that was cancelled.
I have already arranged with my credit card to file a dispute over the remaining $349. I’ve contacted the Florida Attorney General’s office and the Florida Consumer Services agency to relate my experience (and that of many others) and see if they will open a case for review of fraud or seek to establish a class action seeking refunds from the many you have robbed.
I have also reviewed https://www.trustpilot.com/review/gnomicfun.com which among 64 reviews your company receives an overall “bad rating” (88%) and 60 of the 64 reviews use the word “scam.” The words most frequently used to describe your business practices are “Scam” “Absolute Scam” “Huge Scam” “Don’t trust them” “bloody nuisance fraudsters” “truly fake company” “GnomicFRAUD” “morally bankrupt crooks” “Don’t support these rats” “slam screaming scam” “SCAM to the MAX” “awful scam” “absolute scam”

Gnomicfun is a British based online subscription service for games on demand. I will also file a small claims action in Florida and seek a judgment for return of the $349 you owe me.

Was looking for a lost manual for my nitro rc. Searched google. Found a link saying they had it. So I goto it. First it popped up and could kinda see the maual pr what looks like it in the background blurry. Says I have to sign up to read manual. Said there was a free trial. So I signed up. Then asked for credit card. Once again reassuring me that no money will be taken from my account. Then all said and done. Right away they took about 6$ from my account. And when I went to sign in to read the manual it wouldn’t let me sign in. Sign in button did nothing. So I goto the app.and do it that way. And search the exact same thing and says it’s not there. Total scam 100% I unsubscribe right away and wrote them an email. Total crap.
Total money lost $5.44

On Thursday evening (Jan. 2/20), I was installing a backup camera system on our car. I went to google to find an appropriate wiring diagram for my needs. During my search I received a pop-up insisting that I must register to be able to select and download the diagram that I was looking for. The pop-up looked very authentic with the exception that I was unable to "X" out the pop-up. I registered and then I was asked for my credit card info which I reluctantly provided (said: No charges will be made, etc.). I believe that it was after completing the account setup process that it was made known to me that this service had nothing to do with the automotive wiring diagrams but video games, music, etc. Realizing that I had fallen for a scam, I called the Gnomicfun customer service line and cancelled my account. This did not prevent Gnomicfun from placing 3 small debits on my MasterCard.
P.S. Go to Google and ask: “Who is www.gnomicfun.com” and you will find many similar complaints.
