AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE ScamPulse.com BBB, I WILL EXPOSE THESE SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On December 23rd, 2017 approximately 5:08PM I went to GOOGLE and looked up GMAIL customer service technical support phone number to help me get access to an old address we haven’t used for a long time and couldn’t remember the password. They took some information and talked me through the steps to give them access to use my computer at the same time I was on it. They used a link called www.anydesk.com. Among all this I was passed to another tech named TANYA MOORE phone number (listed above) 845-834-4323 ext.#152. Now this is where everything flipped. TANYA said she needed 20-30 to try and fix my email problem with a download. When she called me back she said there are 15 codes of people hacking this account. She said they have software to fix the problem that takes about 45 minutes to download. However, the level 9 techs have to do that and they require a $*** deposit before they can fix the account. I offered to have the account outright deleted but TANYA insisted this process has to be done first and email fixed…….then they can delete the account if we want. I explained it’s holiday time, the car is down and that we were unable to get to a CVS, Walgreens, 7-elleven etc. I asked why I need to go to one of those places and I was told they cannot take the deposit over the phone, and or computer. Now get this: TANYA MOORE SAID I NEED TO GO TO THERE FOR GIFT CARDS PARTICULARY ITUNES GIFT CARDS!!!!!!! ON TOP OF THAT I’D HAVE TO GET SEVERAL GIFT CARDS IN EITHER $** OR $*** ITUNES GIFT CARDS THAT EQUAL THE $300. I EXPRESSED TO HER THAT WE DON’T HAVE THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. I SAID IT’S HOLIDAY TIME AND OUR CAR NEEDS MAJOR REPAIRS. AFTER REPEATEDLY EXPRESSING HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO DO THIS NOW SHE FINALLY ACCEPTED THAT WE CAN’T GIVE HER WHAT WE DON’T HAVE PLUS WE HAVE NO WAY TO GET THE GIFT CARDS IF WE DID HAVE THE MONEY!!!!!!!!! Finally she said she can keep a block on the account so no one can access it for 3 days. I thanked her and told her I would do the best I could to have it by Wednesday when she said she’d call back. I was a little a suspicious about the process and money request. I even asked if your going to give it back to me in 2 hours why don’t they just go ahead and fix the problem. I was given every excuse in the world for why they need the deposit and the way they need me to get it to them. Mind you she gave me her phone and extension number when she first started to talk to me. That way we won’t get disconnected and to make me feel secure with this process.
Now we jump to today and as she said she would…..TANYA MOORE called me earlier. She asked if I remembered her and I said yes. She then asked how I’m doing. I expressed not to well because we had death in the family over the holiday. She jumped right to the $*** I explained that I worked on it but after finding out the car repairs are far worse and expensive than we have, not being able to go to my aunt’s funeral in South Caroline due to lack of funds etc. I thanked her and inquired if the hold could be extended. I continued to praise her and tell her how much I appreciate her help but we don’t have it and no way to get the ITunes $*** gift cards anyway. She spent the whole time talking over me and SAYING HOW I WASTED HER TIME AND BROKE MY WORD TO HER. THEN SHE ALSO ADDED THIS IS BUSINESS AND SHE DOESN’T KNOW WHY I AM STILL TALKING BECAUSE SHE HASN’T BEEN LISTENING!!!!! I POLITELY TOLD HER THAT I NEVER PROMISED TO HAVE THE MONEY/ITUNES GIFT CARDS TOTALING $300. I REMINDED HER THAT SHE MADE THE SUGGESTION TO GIVE ME TIME TO SEE IF I COULD GET IT BY TODAY. AGAIN I PRAISED AND EXPRESSED MY THANKS FOR HER HELP……PLUS I EVEN SAID I UNDERSTAND BUSINESS SO IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE BLOCK OFF THEN DO SO BUT I CAN’T PROVIDE OR GIVE YOU WHAT WE DON’T HAVE!!!!!!!!!!! SHE KEPT BEING DISRESPECTFUL AND THREATENING THAT AFTER REMOVING THE BLOCK THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IDENTITY THEFT ETC. I AGAIN THANKED AND EXPRESSED HOW I CAN’T GIVE YOU WHAT I DON’T HAVE NO MATTER HOW HELPFUL YOU WERE. WHILE STILL YELLING AT ME….SHE ULTIMATELY JUST HUNG UP ON ME AFTER ANOTHER THREAT. I WAS SO UPSET THAT I CALLED HER BACK AND EXPRESSED THAT I WAS MERELY THANKING YOU FOR YOUR HELP AND HOW SHE DIDN’T HAVE TO BE SO DISRESPECTFUL TO ME WHEN ALL I WAS DOING WAS PRAISING YOU…….SHE HUNG UP AGAIN!!!!!!! I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND GOT A MAN NAMED TONY. I ASKED HIM TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND OR SUPERVISOR…..HE ASKED WHY AND I EXPLAINED I HAD A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVES!!!!!! ONCE I SAID THAT HE HUNG UP ON ME (UNBELIEVABLE). FINALLY I TRIED CALLING BACK FOR THE THIRD TIME. PHONE WAS A LITTLE SKIPPY AT FIRST BUT I BELIEVE HIS GREETING SAID HIS NAME WAS TONY…..SO JUST TO BE SURE I ASKED HIS NAME AGAIN AND SAID AHHHHH DAVID. I SAID YOU SOUND LIKE TONY BUT OKAY. MAY I SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SUPERVISER. HE ASKED THE REASON WHY….I TOLD HIM BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE 1ST REPRESENTATIVE TODAY AND THEN TONY JUST HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I SAID WHY I WANTED A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR. SO THIS GUY SAID HE WILL TRANSFER ME BACK TONY SINCE I BEEN DEALING WITH HIM. I SAID I HAVEN’T BEEN DEALING WITH HIM BUT HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME SO CAN I PLEASE SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR?
NOW THIS REPRESENTATIVE DAVID YELLED AT ME AND SAID THEY ARE NOT MY SLAVES AND I CAN’T JUST TELL THEM WHAT TO DO…..I WAS SO CONFUSED AND UPSET. I TOLD DAVID THAT I AM AFRICAN AMERICAN AND WOULD NEVER CALL OR USE ANY ONE AS SLAVES. NEXT I SAID ALL I DID WAS ASK POLITELY FOR A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. THIS COMPANY IS WAY OUT OF LINE, UP TO SCAMMING YOU OUT OF MONEY, AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. AFTER THIS I CALLED THE BBB (ScamPulse.com) AND EXPLAINED MY SITUATION. I WAS INFORMED THAT GOOGLE/GMAIL WOULD NEVER ASK FOR MONEY AND THAT WAS CLEARLY A SCAM. BBB ALSO SAID THE GIFT CARD WAS A BIG SIGN AND PRAY I DIDN’T SEND THEM ANY MONEY. I THANK GOD I DIDN’T HAVE IT TO AMEN
I would also like to add that I tried to find other numbers to a legit customer service but no luck. When I would ask upfront if there is a fee I was told to let them solve the problem first and if that doesn’t work there may be a fee. The last number I tried, I simply explained my email process and again he wanted to try and fix it first. I asked you can’t do it does it cost to do more work on it. He said yes. I asked about how much. He tried several times to assure me it won’t be a lot and he give me a bigger discount. I asked is this a payment that you keep or is it a temporary one. He assured me it wouldn’t be a lot but let me try to fix it on my end first. I asked about how high is the cost. Finally he said about *** and it IS A PAYMENT THEY KEEP!!!!!! I then asked how do I get the money to you….he said a credit or debit card over the phone is fine. I mentioned that I was told your company doesn’t accept payments over the phone and computer. He assured me again that a payment is kept by them and they take cards over the phone. SO MANY DIFFERENT INFORMATION……THIS HAS TO BE A HUGE SCAM AND I PRAY THIS HELPS EVERYONE WHO IS OR MAY BE GO THROUGH THIS FOR HELP. NOW YOU KNOW UPFRONT THAT THE BBB SAYS THAT COMPANY DOESN’T TAKE MONEY FOR THAT AND IN THAT ITUNES GIFT CARD TRICK!!!!!!!! MAY JUSTICE BE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
