I ordered a product off their website October 31st. On November 3, I received an invoice via email which indicated the order was complete. I have emailed three times indicating that I have not received any shipping information. There has not been a response. The website allows to track your order, and I put my order number in, and it simply says it’s ‘Completed’.
The website indicates it is in Birmingham, AL, however the number given on the ‘Order is complete’ email is based in Tennessee. I called the number and there was no answer, but a voicemail message without the company name, just saying, "You have reached the mailbox number…."
