I placed an order on May 20, 2020. Due to shipping issues for everyone, I waited a month, and then started inquiring. It is now over 2 months later, July 31st. Their business phone number does not work and has not worked since I tried to call in June. It says it is a Google phone and no one is available. They have not answered any of the emails I sent (more than 4), nor the multiple online messages I have sent (more than 5). The only thing they did efficiently was to charge my credit card the same day for over $60. I also see on the website that people are continuing to place orders every day. They seem to be delivering orders through Amazon to keep their rating up, but since I ordered through the website directly, they are ignoring me. *** They have stolen money from me *** The only thing I ever received was an auto-reply email when I placed the order.
